Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging and tags intact. To initiate a return, please contact us at Contact@nftnestt.com with your order number and details.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. The customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
