At NFTNestt, we are committed to providing premium products and a high-end customer experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item under the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be in unused, original condition.

  • All original packaging, certificates, manuals, tags, and accessories must be included.

  • The product must not be customized, engraved, or specially ordered.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Watches that have been worn, resized, or altered.

  • Custom or engraved products.

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Items returned without original documentation or packaging.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact us at contact@nftnestt.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

  3. Carefully repackage the product with all original materials and ship it to the provided return address.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 7–10 business days.

Note: We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as NFTNestt is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item or damaged product).

  • We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee (up to 5%) for items that are returned opened or not in resellable condition.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product for a different model or size, please contact us to confirm availability. Exchanges follow the same process as returns and are subject to the same eligibility conditions.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
